  • Intu Properties plc is acquiring 3 shopping malls from Westfield
  • Liberty Media Corporation cancelled plans to acquire Sirius XM
  • Mattel, Inc. is acquiring Mega Brands of Canada
  • Media General, Inc. is acquiring LIN TV
  • Men’s Wearhouse is acquiring Joseph A Bank Clothier
  • Mercuria Energy Group Ltd is acquiring JP Morgan’s commodity business
  • Nets Holding is being acquired by 3 private equity firms from a group of Nordic banks
  • Olam International Ltd is being acquired by a private equity firm
  • Renaissance Learning is being acquired by a private equity firm
  • Rotork Plc acquired South Korean firm Young Tech Co Ltd
  • Safeway, Inc. is being acquired by a private equity firm
  • Thales Group is acquiring JetBlue’s entertainment division
  • Vodafone Group plc is acquiring Ono of Spain
  • X5 Retail Group is selling its stores in Ukraine
