For the month of July, we tracked over 80 M&A (and spin-off) transactions for The Global 5000 companies and have updated the database to reflect them.

Leading the way this month were Industrials with 18 transactions including Boeing, WestRock and Johnson Controls.

There were 10 transactions in Health Care including Edwards Lifesciences, Lupin and Select Medical.

Oil & Gas companies seem to always be active every month and this month we saw transactions including California Resources Corp, EQT and SK Corp.
