We have completed the Global 5000 database updates for Q1, 2024 which are now posted and available for client delivery. During the quarter, over 1450 records were updated, and all 5,000 company records have been updated within the past 12 months.
During Q1, 45 companies were added (or returned to the list) replacing those that were removed as they were acquired or reported revenues too small to be included.
The top companies added include:
- Vibra Energia S.A., an energy company in Brazil
- GuideWell, the health plan company
- WT Microelectronics Co Ltd, a Taiwanese semiconductor company
- Global Infrastructure Solutions (GISI) from California
- Authentic Brands, which had acquired the Reebok brand
The largest companies removed include:
- China Evergrande Group, the Chinese real estate firm ordered into liquidation
- DISH Network – was merged with Echostar
- DCP Midstream acquired by Phillips 66
- TravelCenters of America LLC was purchased by BP
- Steinhoff International Holdings NV has been liquidated
Updates continue throughout the year as we aim to update 1/12th of the records each month.
