During the month of November we updated 477 records. There were 21 new companies added and that same amount deleted. For those of you producing a list for your sales teams, you need to keep watching those updates and track market activity to keep the list current. Our database remains at 99+% currency – virtually all 5,000 records have had an update within the past 12 months.
For those firms looking for lead generation opportunities, databases will need to be updated with all these new additions, M&A combinations . . . and some spin-offs.
Among the key new firms added are:

- Baker Hughes is now active again as GE announced it is selling some of the company
- S.F. Holdings is a delivery service based in China

At the same time companies removed during August include some where their revenue that fell short of the minimum as well as those merged or acquired:

- Fresenius Medical Care had a separate record but is a subsidiary of the larger private firm, Fresenius
