There has been a lot of interest recently in jobs and job growth as governments try to get economies moving. The Global 5000 companies naturally play a big role here as the largest companies and employers in the world.

We went back & looked at the stats for the average size (by number of worldwide employees) for The Global 5000, We see where the average fell and then held steady into and thru the recession and then picked up considerably last year as business picked up.
