- National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) acquired the bankrupt assets of Saab
- Plains Exploration & Production Company is acquiring Gulf of Mexico oil assets from BP
- Realogy file for an IPO
- Tempur-Pedic International is acquiring Sealy
