- Henan Shuanghui Investment & Development is acquiring Smithfield Foods
- Hochtief AG sold its airport division to Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments)
- ING Group will separately list European insurance unit
- Kepler Cheuvreux acquired brokerage unit from Credit Agricole
- Onex is acquiring Nielsen’s Exhibitions business
- Service Corporation International is acquiring Stewart Enterprises
- Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) – acquiring Lloyd’s international private wealth business
- Valeant Pharma International is acquiring Bausch & Lomb
