  • Henan Shuanghui Investment & Development is acquiring Smithfield Foods
  • Hochtief AG sold its airport division to Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments)
  • ING Group will separately list European insurance unit
  • Kepler Cheuvreux acquired brokerage unit from Credit Agricole
  • Onex is acquiring Nielsen’s Exhibitions business
  • Service Corporation International is acquiring Stewart Enterprises
  • Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) – acquiring Lloyd’s international private wealth business
  • Valeant Pharma International is acquiring Bausch & Lomb
  • WCI Communities
